Support the maintenance management teams in cement industry to develop the preventive and predictive maintenance programs for plant equipment, as follow:
Develop and improve inspection routs (inspection job plans) for all equipment workshops in the plant,
Develop the annual maintenance plans for all the equipment (routine maintenance plans, time based maintenance planes and condition time based plane.
Coach the maintenance team (inspectors & planners) to implement the maintenance program
Coach the maintenance inspectors to do failure analysis for equipment components.
