Technical support and engineering solutions for plant maintenance management teams.

• Support the maintenance management teams in cement industry to develop the preventive and predictive maintenance programs for plant equipment, as follow:
•  Develop and improve inspection routs (inspection job plans) for all equipment workshops in the plant,
•  Develop the annual maintenance plans for all the equipment (routine maintenance plans, time based maintenance planes and condition time based plane.
•  Coach the maintenance team (inspectors & planners) to implement the maintenance program
•  Coach the maintenance inspectors to do failure analysis for equipment components.
•  Coach the maintenance planners to do the right scheduling for all the maintenance activities, including kiln shutdown activities.

Main objectives of the program:

•  Improve the plant reliability factor (RF) and reduce the production lose
•  Increase the mean time between failure (MTBF) for all the plant equipment
•  Improve the annual maintenance budget.
• Improve the spare parts management and inventory control to reduce the  maintenance cost.
